Prarthna is the Marketing & Communications Lead at STRAAD and has over a decade of international experience leading strategic marketing and communications programs in Canada and the UK. Prarthna has worked in a diverse range of industries spanning construction, property development, energy & utilities, and sports retail.

Her experience includes leading organizational and leadership communications strategies, increasing brand awareness and driving employee engagement. Prarthna takes a creative, personalized approach to support leaders and teams, and is passionate about finding innovative ways to drive behavioural change and achieve business objectives.

Prarthna holds a degree in Communications Studies from the University of Calgary (BA) and is certified with the UK’s Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Prarthna loves to stay active through dance, CrossFit and playing soccer, and is an avid writer.
